i think matagal na po nadelete tong mga char na 2... we're sorry to tell you that we conducted total wipeout of deleted characters yesterday kasi wala naman taung natatanggap na report for the last three weeks... since you didn't reported it immediately, we've both lose the chance to recover your characters... next time please report hack delete cases immediately to prevent this from happening again...
